Business Plan preparation

Starting a business is difficult even when you have a great idea to work with. It all starts with an idea, but an idea alone is not enough to build a business. Any business idea must be put to the test before implementation. By putting together a business plan you as an entrepreneur have the ability to accomplish various tasks at the same time:

1. Analyze the market and the demand for your idea, making appropriate adjustments along the way for better implementation and deeper identification of your target audience

2. Analyzing and preparing financial statements provides an understanding of the investment needed, the break-even point, and the time line before you make a profit.

3. Analyze marketing and sales strategy for the service or product you provide. A Business plan is a great road map for a start-up business and is used in dealing with investors or potential partners.

Human Resources (HR) Practices from A-Z and compliance

FROG Enterprises offers a Human Resource function to the small and medium size business. Any business comes to a point of growth and when that happens (you have more than 5 employees), if you haven't done so already, an implementation of HR policies becomes a necessity rather than a choice.

A Coach will prepare a customized Employee Handbook tailored to your specific business. Implementing the policies and procedures that would work specifically for your business, taking into consideration State and Federal laws and regulations as well as any specific compliance laws that your particular business entity is subjected to (ex. HIPAA, OSHA, etc)

As a follow up a Coach will create series of workshops/seminars for your employees, as part of the Change management procedure for the implementation of the new Policies and Procedures. Upon implementation of the above mentioned documentation and practices a Coach will monitor and meet with individual employees and work with the management for further support and as a remote Human Resource department available upon request.
