General Coaching Offer: Assessments, Re-Organization and Talent Sourcing

Our Methodology assesses individual skills both professionally and socially, allowing a better understanding of how he or she will work, both alone and in a group.

Our assessment model allows a more knowledgeable choice to be made when assigning personnel to a project, allowing the right people to be formed into the right groups, and allowing those groups to concentrate on the project, with a minimum of inter-group conflict. Our Assessment tools give you an opportunity to re-organize existing teams or groups more efficiently.

Using our Methodology we assess existing and potential employees using MBTI®, FIRO-B®, STRONG®, and PDM® assessment tools, followed by an in depth one on one interview. Our assessment model determines the abilities of the employee based on multiple categories of personality and expressed behaviors that allow us to assess their personal and professional abilities.

Hiring an employee is the first step. Determining the ideal fit between their abilities and your existing organizational structure is the second step. More complicated still is determining how.

Our Methodology goes beyond the resume; it provides you with a personality resume, a psychological portrait, allowing you to determine what projects and what grouping your employees will excel in. By assigning the right people to the right project, you allow each employee to thrive and excel, with the result being a project completed with the greatest amount of quality work, and the least amount of inter-group conflict and distractions.

As part of our offering we also provide Talent Sourcing through our strategic partners, utilizing the Methodology and assessment of potential employees. For example, skilled extroverted speakers assigned to a financial forensics will perform less effectively than an introverted individual, while assigning an introverted individual to present to a group is also a waste of natural ability.

Workshops, Seminars and Corporate Trainings

Our Coaching team provides organizations with various team-building tools.

Workshops focus on individual teams or projects, as well as general employees. A major focus of our workshops is to bring about positive change in the work place and to aid employees in resolving their issues, if any, in a non threatening environment.

Some workshops are designed for Human Resource professionals or Managers and are focused on Interview Skills and assessment of personalities, using our Methodology.

Other Seminars are available, including coaching, power and confidence building seminars. More focused seminars developed specifically for given organizations needs are also available.

Corporate Training is available and is delivered in person or via webinars, or via pre-recorded web based coursework. Internal corporate training is tailored to the specific needs of an organization and could incorporate elements of coaching to boost employee performance and self-esteem.

Acculturation

Many organizations employ personnel with various backgrounds. FROG Enterprises provides acculturation services to individuals and groups. If an organization has locations worldwide, our acculturation services can be beneficial to an organization as a whole and to individual employees that are traveling among different countries.

Executive Coaching

FROG Enterprises offers one-on-one coaching to Executives in or out of the corporate environment.

Our team helps to build individual name/brand recognition on the web by:

1. Updates and distribution of articles on the web, given that a client provides our team with consistent content for circulation. The following resources are currently being used by our team:

     a. FREE Resources - Twitter, Facebook, Gtalk Status, MySpace, LinkedIn, Blogger, Plaxo Pulse, Live Journal, Word Press, Yahoo, etc (40+ FREE resources)

     b. PAID Resources - Should a client choose to utilize some of the paid resources for distribution, a specific research will be done to find such sources that might be beneficial to the clients' public image development. The cost of such resources is discussed prior to implementation.

     c. Other Resources - Should a client choose to utilize some of the content specific resources, submitted articles/posts can be posted to the content-related sources.

2. Event selection, Attendance and Representation

     a. General events - the Coach will supply the Client with a list of events both free and paid that will take place in the general area of Clients' interest (conferences, focus groups, fund raisers, and the like). Such events could be subject-matter specific or general events for public appearances.

     b. Professional events - Any event that could be beneficial to the development of the Public Image, with the focus on Clients' subject matter expertise will be suggested.

     c. Representation by your Coach - Should a Client not be available or choose not to attend a particular event but would like to be represented at such an event a Coach can represent the Client.

3. Speaking Engagements - Although not guaranteed, speaking engagements could become available for the Client.

     a. PAID Engagements - A Client may choose to participate in Speaking Engagements at general and professional events for a FEE determined by the organizers of such an event.

     b. FREE Engagements - A Client may be invited to participate in an Event as a Speaker, on a volunteer basis

     c. COMPENSATED Engagements - A Client may be invited as a speaker to an Event for a fee for such presentation.

          i. All FEE negotiations for COMPENSATED and PAID event s should be done through your Coach as a representative of you.

Change Management

The primary focus of a Change Management Specialist is to create and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. A Coach focuses on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structure. The Coach works to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved.

A Coach has a solid understanding of how people and organizations go through a change and the change process, implementing various change management principles and methodologies. A Coach works seamlessly through all levels of an organization.

A Coach works directly with leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.

A Coach will:

- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side changes  caused by projects and change efforts.

- Develop a change management strategy based on the details of the changes and the groups being impacted by the change

- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns

- Conduct readiness assessments; evaluate results and present findings

- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans

- including communication plan, sponsor road map, coaching plan, training pan and resistance management plan

- Support the execution of plans by managers and business leaders

- Be an active and visible coach to executives who are change sponsors

- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes

- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions

- Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success

- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

- Work with communication, training, HR specialists int he formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation
