Lena Feygin Ed.D. Dip. LC
is an Executive Business Coach, Change Management/Organizational Development Professional with years of experience in Vocational Education/Corporate Trainings, Healthcare management and as a consultant and coach in a corporate domain.
Lena have solid record of enhancing the workforce transition to achieve strategic goals. Effective in creating blended learning and performance support solutions designed to transition global and national workforces to new services, technologies, business processes, and strategies. Project success is built on strong analytical, communications, facilitation, instructional design, and coaching skills using individual and corporate personality and cultural assessments.
Education
Education plays an important role in our lives. Today we are presented with an opportunity to not only take advantage of formal education, but also to diversify with various programs that are specific to the interests of the participants. Education is a continuous process that never ends. It may not be delivered in a formal way, but none the less, I feel that we learn something every day by interacting with the people that surround us.

Workforce Transition and Education
- Instructed on the use and day-day management of programs such as MS Projects, Medisoft, LMC (proprietary) etc.
- Led and been a part of numerous product implementation teams

Ilise Ratner
Ilise Ratner brings over 20 years of relationship management experience to our practice. With a background in project management for residential and corporate real estate, Ilise is adept at assessing the dynamics of complex situations. Her ability to service the client and evaluate and sustain the momentum needed support change.
Ilise is intuitive. She is a facilitator of change. She helps clients reconnect with their work, life passions and purpose through a series of sessions. The process begins with a trial session of setting goals that are achievable, measurable, and inspiring. The following sessions focus on strategizing and supporting the client to reach beyond what is thought possible.
Ilise received her B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an M.A. in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA. She is the Director of Community Outreach for The international Coach Federation (ICF) - NYC Chapter and is certified as a life coach through Results Systems Coaching.
Following her life's passion to learn Spanish Ilise lived and worked abroad in Madrid, Spain and Gothenburg, Sweden. She now resides in New York an is fluent in Spanish.

Maria received a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics & Psychology from Moscow State University. As an Implementation Consultant for 2 years, she has gained significant experience teaching and training adults on complex topics
Applying a "never settle" philosophy, Maria frequently consults on turnaround situations where she can apply a natural ability to assess issues, pinpoint key areas of insight, and partner with client marketing resources to deliver effective marketing communication plans and tactical work.
